I can help you!
As a Nutritional Therapist, NLP Coach and Reiki Practitioner, balancing hormones is an important part of achieving optimal health. I work with women of all ages in order to help them achieve their health goals, by optimizing their hormonal health, helping them to achieve balance in their lives, in order to help them to experience improved health and vitality. I use the very best nutrition science combined with personal health coaching to offer the most comprehensive level of support in your fertility journey.

My therapy is supported by a deep understanding of hormonal issues as someone who has been affected by PMS from puberty, two pregnancies, thyroid cancer and now entering the peri-menopausal and menopausal stages has led to many hormonal ups and down. My experiences personally and my clinic work professionally has helped me understand female health giving the knowledge and understanding to develop a clear strategy to develop a personalised plan to help each individual patient through their hormonal roller coaster.

PMS has been found to affect up to 80% of women. Most of the symptoms are associated with an imbalance of female hormones (estrogen/progesterone). Typical symptoms include: mood swings, bloating, water retention, breast tenderness, irritability, weight gain, anxiety, irregular cycles, insomnia, change in sex drive, back pain or skin eruptions.

There are many natural ways to keep your hormones in balance during the menstrual cycle, peri-menopausal and menopausal stage. Consuming a healthy varied diet is key to optimal health, because hormones are made from food and certain nutrients are required for the production of different hormones. The body's ability to keep hormones in balance depends upon key nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and essential fats, whilst hormone friendly herbs can also be beneficial. However, how well you digest, absorb and detoxify is also important too, as well as addressing any food intolerance, keeping well hydrated, managing stress and regular physical activity.

Work with me either in person or via Skype. I also work with clients from overseas.
I can show you how eating a nourishing diet can improve your health.
